How Our Closeout Stock Works
Commercial jobsites, mechanical contractors, and regional supply houses regularly finish projects with unopened cases of Grade 1 door closers, locksets, panic hardware, backflow preventers, and lead-free brass valves. Because special-order finishes and project overages carry steep distributor restocking fees, those sealed cartons sit idle.
Door & Valve buys those sealed lots outright, checks manufacturer seals, date codes, and hardware packs at our US fulfillment warehouse, and lists exact quantities at 25% to 45% below national MRO distributor pricing. When a lot sells through, we mark it closed rather than substituting off-brand equivalents.
