When you purchase an item, request a lot quote, join our Incoming Lot Manifest list, or offer surplus stock on doorandvalve.com, we collect only the contact and fulfillment details needed to serve your order or inquiry: name, company name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, and requested part numbers.

2. Payment Processing

Card and bank payments are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Door & Valve never receives or stores full payment card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

3. How We Use Information

• To pick, pack, ship, and send tracking updates through our US fulfillment warehouse and shipping carriers.
• To reply to quote requests, PO inquiries, and surplus lot offers.
• To send lot manifest alerts if you opted in (you may opt out anytime by replying “stop”).

We never sell or rent customer email addresses or phone numbers to third-party marketers.
